Responsibility
- Follow up quality plans, QA/QC standards, policies and procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation and records
- Developing the group quality standards, guidelines, test methods and inspection checklists
- Define product specifications, acceptance criteria, test plan and control protocol
- Responsible for improving the quality levels with the supply base ensuring consistent and high quality standards
- Conduct defect analysis, execute corrective action plan
- Work on problem solving actively with test lab, suppliers and customers
- Prepare QC reports
- Make recommendations on all quality issues to the management
- Perform external auditing on suppliers & sub-contractors standards for compliance with the group quality standards
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5 years or above in qa in home appliance n trading or factory
- Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good in English and Chinese, Good in mandarin
- Self-initiative, responsible, detail-minded and customer oriented.
- With good problem solving and communication skills, flexible and adaptable attitude.
