Responsibilities
- In charge of the whole quality process within the product & geographical perimeter defined
- In charge of the product development and the quality and production follow-up
- Contact with laboratory to follow up test report
- Works closely with the commercial counterpart to support with technical solution
- Travels in factory plans to check product & factory quality levels
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years experience in garment
- Strong knowledge and understanding on garment and textile technolgy
- Depth knowledge in fabric and garment ecological and physical testing, quality control, factory audits and product development
- Good command of basic production process
- Solid production experience directly work with manufacturing factories in China and Far East
- Good skills in Excel and system
- Fast thinking, excellent problem solving and teamwork sense
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
