Job Duties :

  • Lead HR & Admin. Department to perform a wide range of functions including recruitment, C&B, performance management, training & development, etc
  • Supervise a team of HK, China 
  • Familiar with China labour law 
  • Overall support and develop the ongoing procedures within HR and admin. Operations
  • Accountable for the revision, formulation, and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensure in compliance with related legal regulatory.
  • Expand various learning initiative, crafting employee career plans, and execute training and development programs for employee’s development and corporate objectives. 

Requirement :

  • Degree
  • Around 8 -10 years exp in HR and Administration in Factory
  • Well-versed in employment laws and other related legislation in HK & China.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Travel to China 2 days on each week
