Finance and Administrative Manager

Job Summary:

  • He or she should also be well experienced in handling finance and administration related tasks for all offices, HK/SZ/SHA. 
  • Well familiarized with China tax regulations and HR related issues such as labour laws, social securities,etc….

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of Finance/HR/Administration 
  • Coordinate month-end book close, and analyse monthly balance sheet
  • Ensure timely reliable reporting, compliant with group reporting format and accounting principles
  • Review the tax planning, tax payment management; ensure tax returns and all fillings completed timely both in HK and China
  • Prepare annual audit, financial reports and management accounts, sub-consolidation
  • FP&A : business performance analysis (quantitative and qualitative) notably margin/ cost of sales, P&L and cash flow reporting and forecasting        
  • Assist top management in identifying new funding opportunities, drafting prospective programmatic budgets and determining cost effectiveness of prospective project
  • Maintain key working relationship with bankers, Tax Bureau, auditors and professionals contracted
  • Establish and implement short and long range financial goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in accounting / finance or related disciplines 
  • 10+ years of experience in the same or similar position 
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Familiarized with ERP system. Close coordination with COO & CFO on the implementation of the new group ERP (list Asia hard requirements, lead the implementation) 
  • Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
