- 1-2 years in sales & marketing in toy / Nursery / consumer product in trading for Asia, Europe, U.S.A market
- Good English, good mandarin
- Account Management: strong communication with oversea brand managers to perform marketing plan and sales strategy to meet sales target
- Monitor and analysis the sales figure and competitors’ situation
- Discuss with to internal team for counter proposal. Relationship Management: develop close relationships with oversea customers and be the regional account owner responsible for the brand management
- quarterly meeting with oversea distributor and brand managers
- Business Development: expand business for key accounts using the 4P strategy
- Explore new business opportunity to identify the suitable business partner in new market
