responsibilities:
Assist the Management in leading the sales team to aggressively explore and develop new business leads and opportunities for the Company;
provide account management; set up and conduct regular account reviews to explore & identify further opportunities;
drive and generate business initiatives to be achieved and/or executed in designated markets/regions as assigned.
build and enhance strategic relations between business partners and customers;
provide technical solutions and suggestions to business partners and customers when needed;
liaise and facilitate among the Companyˇ¦s factory, business partners and customers;
Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business or Engineering or equivalent disciplines;
At least 6-8 yearsˇ¦ solid experience in sales & marketing function in the LED or lighting product industries for Europe, U.SA. market
Proven track record of expanding sales/ business and growing teams
Possess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful development direction
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently with tight schedule
Frequent travel to overseas and PRC is required
