Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support & troubleshooting to end user; 負責日常技術支援及處理用戶的問題;
Perform Windows based system administration, including system setup and configuration, software installation; 負責Windows軟件日常建立、維護及安裝工作
Prepare or update relevant IT documentation/licenses as required;更新系統及相關文檔編寫工作;

Requirements:
Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
Able to work independently and self-motivated
Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
Immediately availability is preferred
