- Head of Sales is responsible for the overall sales performance of APAC region and leads teams of salespeople to achieve sales goals
- The Candidate will be accountable for expanding own brand presence in the APAC market and for the development and implementation of sales strategies in order to exploit market potential
- Expanding own brand presence in the APAC market region Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companyˇ¦s customer base and ensure its presence
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
- To lead and manage the wholesale, e-commerce and travel retail team to reach individual targets
- To communicate effectively and collaborate with finance and operations division for smooth collaboration
- To drive sales and margin goals for assigned territory, monthly forecast including revenue by product and customer and ensure aggressive growth rate
