Responsibilities:
Plan, review and implement all change requests related to network team
Manage all production problems under network team and ensure they are being resolved and properly followed in order to minimize the business impact
Manage service delivered under service vendor as per the Service Level Agreement and consistent with industry practices
Ensure infrastructure service delivered is compliant with audit and information security requirements
Ensure capacity planning exercise under network team is carried out in order to address our business needs
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 5 years of working experience in IT, Computer Science and related disciplines, preferably in financial industry
Solid understanding of internetworking protocols, products and services including Multicast, Unicast, OSPF and BGP.
Technical knowledge on Cisco products like routers, switches and wireless
Hands on experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/WiFi, network management tools.
